The brand's guidance: measure the circumference of the hand around the widest part of the palm. The recommended size is an indication – hands vary, and some models have a tighter fit than others.

Women's models have a slimmer fit than unisex models – if you wear size 7 in a unisex model, choose size 8 in a women's model.
